inetinfo.exe crashes every time I start Smtp service

Ok I've fixed it...

Was an issue with Sophos (we are running Sophos Small business suite)

Noticed in Sophos log files that the SAV was not uploading so solution was to:
remove SAV
Reboot server
Stop Pure Message service
Stop SMTP Service
Stop IIS Admin Service

Delete C:\Program files\sophos\autoupdate\cache\sav\cidsing.upd

right click the shield and choose update now on server

restarted all the services and hey presto everything has now worked for 15
mins (so heres hoping it keeps on working)

Yesterday started having problem with exchange not sending emails when
checked the Logs had the info as posted below. Am running SBS 2003 SP1 and
Exchange SP2 (installed today). When checked System manager the virtual
server was not started so I started it. It comes up and the queues appear
then the events logged below are reported. it has also stopped IIS from
working occasionally.
Am now stuck as to what to try next.
